A rooted local girl from Lahaina, Maui, a military spouse of 18 years, and a mother of five, Litea brings a deep understanding of island life and the unique needs of relocating families. With a BA in Hawai‘i Pacific Studies and an MA in Humanities, she’s passionate about empowering clients through education and financial tools to achieve property ownership.
